Prayer flags with seven chakras contain seven flags of different colors with symbols of the seven main chakras and with a spiritual symbol for each chakra. Prayer flags originate from ancient India 500 years before Christ. Today, various prayer flags are often found on trails and peaks high in the Himalayas, as well as in many temples, ashrams, and other spiritual places around the world.
The flags are rectangular. They are 26cm high and 20cm wide. The length of the string on which the flags are strung is 230cm.
Traditionally, prayer flags are used to bless the surroundings, promoting peace, compassion, strength, and wisdom. It is believed that the prayers and mantras on the flags, as they flutter in the wind, spread peace, compassion, and love into the environment.

By hanging flags in high places, the wind will purify the air and spread the positive energy of the symbols and prayers into the surroundings. As the wind passes over the surface of the flags, the spiritual messages cleanse and consecrate the air. Over time, as the images fade due to exposure to the elements, the prayer flags become a permanent part of the universe. Just as life moves on and is replaced by new life.
In Tibet, Nepal, and India, they renew their hope by constantly placing new flags next to the old ones. This act symbolizes the acceptance of life's changes and the recognition that all beings are part of a larger, continuous cycle.
According to traditional belief, the symbols and mantras on prayer flags are sacred and should be treated with respect. They should not be placed on the ground or used on clothing. Old prayer flags that are no longer needed should be burned.
