Terms & Conditions

1. General

By registering in our online store, the user creates an account using their email address and password. The account allows the user to make purchases and access their order information.

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

  • payment by card (delivery to your address)

  • cash on delivery

  • bank transfer (proforma invoice)

4. Cash on Delivery

Payment is made in cash upon delivery.

If a customer does not accept the ordered package, double shipping costs may be charged for future orders.

5. Prices

Prices are valid at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice.

6. Order Process

Account Registration

Registration is required for the first purchase. For future purchases, login is done using your email and password.

Placing an Order

The system will guide you through the purchase process. All required fields must be completed. After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Order Shipment

  • Cash on delivery: the order is prepared and shipped within the agreed timeframe.

  • Bank transfer: shipment is processed after payment confirmation is received at shop@madalbal.si

You may cancel your order before receiving the shipping confirmation.

7. Packaging

Packaging costs are included in the shipping price.

8. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the agreed timeframe.

Estimated delivery time: 1–8 working days from order confirmation.

9. Communication

We may contact you via communication channels unless you explicitly opt out.

10. Disclaimer

We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, product availability, characteristics, or prices may change rapidly.

In such cases, we will inform the customer and offer the option to cancel or modify the order.
