Returns, Complaints & Warranty

Warranty

Products with a warranty are covered in accordance with applicable laws.

To submit a claim, contact us at shop@madalbal.si with a description of the issue and your request. A valid invoice and proper use of the product are required.

If approved, the product should be sent (by prior agreement) to:
Madal Bal d.o.o., Vetrinjska 12, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

We will repair or replace the product free of charge within the warranty period. If repair takes longer than 30 days, the warranty is extended. If the issue cannot be resolved within 45 days, the product will be replaced.

The warranty does not cover:

  • improper use

  • mechanical damage

  • unauthorized modifications

  • force majeure

Most products include at least a 6-month warranty. Details are listed on the product page.


Returns (14 days)

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Notify us at shop@madalbal.si, then send the item back to our address.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.


30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the legal right, we offer a 30-day return period.

Conditions:

  • item must be unused

  • in original packaging

  • with all tags

  • with proof of purchase

Please contact us before returning any item. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If something is wrong, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • perishable goods

  • custom or personalized items

  • personal care products

  • hazardous materials

We also do not accept returns for:

  • sale items

  • gift cards


Complaints

If a product does not match the description or your order, you may file a complaint.

Depending on the case, you may request:

  • replacement

  • repair

  • refund

Important

When returning an item, include:

  • a description of the issue

  • a copy of the invoice

We recommend using tracked shipping for higher-value items.
Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
