The production of this fine Greek monastic incense has a long tradition, dating back to the 12th century. Based on olibanum resin (known to us as frankincense), rose incense is produced in a very complex process with the addition of pure essential oils and botanical substances. The resin is ground and mixed with rose oil. Now the mass is thinly rolled out and left to cool. Then the sheet can be cut into small pieces. Finally, to prevent sticking, they are dusted with magnesium.
The well-known scent of rose connects everything with love, tenderness, and peace. The rose directly touches the soul and our heart. It promotes trust, good nature, and devotion to the divine. But even in times of grief, this loving scent protectively envelops us.
Usage: Place the incense resin on a lit PUJA charcoal briquette, which you have placed on a non-flammable surface or a dedicated incense holder.
