Melatonin Med Fast is pure melatonin, also known as the "sleep hormone." Melatonin is produced at dusk in the pineal gland in the brain. It helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and is important for maintaining a healthy biorhythm. It is also effective in alleviating problems caused by jet lag. Each Melatonin Med Fast tablet contains 0.4mg of melatonin.

Recommended use: Each MelatoninMed Fast tablet contains 0.4mg of melatonin, which is also the recommended dose for shortening the time it takes to fall asleep. Take the tablet shortly before bedtime. To alleviate problems with jet lag, a recommended intake of up to 0.5mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination is advised.
